Раскрыта специфика работы отдела специальных видов литературы и документации, приведены статистические показатели его деятельности. Перечислены методы использования электронных ресурсов, описаны наиболее удобные и часто применяемые формы обслуживания (в частности - электронная доставка документов) с использованием современных средств автоматизации библиотечно-информационных систем.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The experience of South Kazakhstan Branch of Kazakhstan Republican Library for Science and Technology in serving professionals with regulation technical documents and full-text databases in online mode is presented. The applied methods of electronic resources use are listed.
