Статья посвящена памяти Б. С. Елепова, директора ГПНТБ СО РАН. Кратко отмечены основные вехи его жизни. Освещена его деятельность на посту руководителя крупнейшей академической библиотеки Сибирского отделения АН России.

The article is dedicated to the memory of Boris Elepov, Director General of SPLS&T SB RAS.The key stones of his life and work are highlighted, in particular his activities as ahead of the major academic library of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
