На примере англоязычного выражения «Open Access» отстаивается мнение, что перевод иноязычных терминов должен быть согласован с нормами русского языка. Автор обосновывает использование для перевода термина Open Access словосочетания «свободный доступ».
The author argues, by the example of the Eglish-language expression Open Access , that foreign terminology has to be translated in accordance with the standards of the Russian language and substantiates why the term Open Access should be translated with the Russian equivalent of “free acess”.
The authors declare that there are no conflicts of interest present.
