Abstract
The author discusses the experience of formation and development of electronic educational and scientific resources in the Scientific Library named after N. N. Strakhov of Belgorod State National Research University. The NRU BSU open access repository and Pegasus system e-learning resources are characterized. The demand for electronic resources in the educational and scientific process is substantiated.
