Abstract
On September 24, 2024, a video interview was recorded by Yakov Leonidovich Shraiberg, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Education, Scientific Director of the State Public Scientific and Technical Library of Russia (GPSTB of Russia), editor-in-chief of the journal Scientific and Technical Libraries. The interview was conducted by Viktor Viktorovich Astanin, Advisor to the Director of the University of the Bank of Russia, Doctor of Law, Professor, author and lecturer of the University's training course program "Scientific Publication: Preparation and publication".
