Научная конференция по проблемам библиотечно-информационной деятельности: информационное обеспечение в цифровой среде
Abstract
В данной статье анализируется состояние информационного отражения научных конференций библиотечно-информационной тематики в Интернете. Цель исследования – привлечение внимания профессионального сообщества к проблеме открытого доступа информационных ресурсов научных конференций российских вузов культуры как канала профессиональной коммуникации и средства повышения профессиональной компетентности.
Авторами предпринята попытка анализа проблемных областей в сфере организации доступа к информационным ресурсам научных конференций вузов культуры, имеющих важное значение для развития российской библиотековедческой науки. С помощью проведенного мониторинга сайтов вузов культуры и изучения научных интернет-ресурсов рассмотрены существующие способы информирования о конференциях, предложены пути совершенствования представления полнотекстовой научной информации, обеспечивающие эффективный информационный обмен в библиотечно-информационной сфере.
В качестве приоритетных предложены ресурсы, создаваемые с использованием технологии открытых данных, обеспечивающие многоаспектный поиск и хранение информации в целях неоднократного, свободного и бесплатного использования.
Результаты исследования свидетельствуют о невозможности в настоящее время получить полное представление о картине научно-исследовательской деятельности вузов культуры страны в сфере библиотечно-информационной деятельности и подтверждают необходимость привлечения внимания последних к предложенным ресурсам.
