From 1969 to 1991 published as “Scientific and Technical Libraries in the USSR” (“Nauchnye i tekhnicheskiye biblioteki SSSR”); since 1992 – as “Nauchnye i tekhnicheskiye biblioteki” (“Scientific and Technical Libraries”).
