The Institute’s Library against the background of the country’s history

Abstract
The history of the low-level library of organization is discussed. The main stages of creation and development are given. The library must to correspond to challenges of the time. The changes in library’s work are showed. Specific characteristics of library service of readers, information resources and modern vectors of activities are examined.
