Statistics of library website traffic and uncertainty principle

Abstract

This article considers the features in statistics of library website traffic that includes a deal of bots of about 85%. It has been assumed that the features may be interpreted in terms of quantum uncertainty principle. A conclusion has been made that application of computer technologies to provide an access to information sources and, at the same time, to log the demand for the information on the Internet has a result that dramatic distortions and possible tweaks in the figures may occur at the discretion of somebody.
