Science and Technical Library as a Component of an Organization Knowledge Management System: An Information Worker View
Abstract
Possibilities for including science and technical library into an organization knowledge management system (KMS) are discussed. Structure, functions and trends for the library development as a part of KMS are described. Library is considered as means for science and technical content and structured knowledge. Main conditions for including electronical library into KMS are determined.
