Библиотека и открытая наука: векторы взаимодействия
Abstract
Обоснована необходимость определения роли библиотек в условиях развития информационной экосистемы открытой науки. Выявлены направления деятельности научной библиотеки в зависимости от школы открытой науки (прагматическая, инфраструктурная, гражданская, демократическая, измеряющая), обеспечивающие совместную научную деятельность, доступ к информации и данным, продвижение инициатив открытой науки и др. Рассмотрены примеры деятельности библиотек, способствующие внедрению парадигмы и продвижению инициатив открытого доступа. Определены основные навыки и знания библиотекаря в области создания, распространения, обмена, продвижения ресурсов открытого доступа и предоставления услуг. Результаты исследования показывают, библиотеки имеют возможности сформировать свою ценность на рынке информационных ресурсов открытого доступа, содействовать институциональным исследованиям и участвовать в развитии школ открытой науки.
