Bibliometric analysis of document information flows in the area of e-publications creation and use

Abstract
The results of the bibliometric analysis of the national document flow in the area of e-publications creation and use based on the Russian Science Citation Index Database 1997-2015 are discussed. Types of documents and the flow dynamics are defined. The subject areas to investigate into the problem are specified. Publications scattering nature and the content of the most efficient journals that published most of articles are characterized. The author concludes on the trend towards steady increase in the national flow on the creation and use of e-publications while it is built around journal publications.
