The exhibitions of patents and “the czar’s privileges” held by the Patent Documentation Department of RAS Siberian Branch State Public Library for Science and Technology are discussed. The efficiency of the reading room displays both in traditional and interactive formats is examined; the increase in visitor numbers at such exhibitions and user loans is emphasized.

Abstract
This article considers the features in statistics of library website traffic that includes a deal of bots of about 85%. It has been assumed that the features may be interpreted in terms of quantum uncertainty principle. A conclusion has been made that application of computer technologies to provide an access to information sources and, at the same time, to log the demand for the information on the Internet has a result that dramatic distortions and possible tweaks in the figures may occur at the discretion of somebody.

Abstract
The author argues that e-books should be considered within the context of the traditional book culture and that the principle of usability being applied to e-books will enable to obtain quality electronic book product. The author also argues that for this purpose, the principle should be implemented systematically and determined by reader target auditorium and intended use.
