Training professionals for library information organizations in the region: Social challenges and development vectors

Abstract

Building the system for training professional staff for Siberian library information organizations at Kemerovo State Institute of Culture is characterized, and education challenges are discussed. Professional training vectors are defined from the perspective of the community demands.
